Note: This is an in person role. We work best collaboratively when we are together servicing our clients.

Responsibilities/Tasks

• Lead a team to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create and launch integrated marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, email, search engines, and websites.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives using analytics tools to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
• Oversee social media strategies, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement tactics.
• Develop standardized reports, visualizations, dashboards, and metrics that provide business insights.
• Construct data sets to analyze, inform, identify trends, and aid business decision-making.

Minimum Requirements

• 4 year undergraduate degree
• High level of communication and follow-through skills
• Salesforce and Pardot experience a plus
• Strong organizational skills
• Solid leadership skills developed by previously leading teams
• Motivated and driven by reaching goals and growth
• 3 – 5 years experience with Excel, Google and Meta Analytics, and social media advertising platforms
• Ability to meet deadlines and attention to detail
• Experience in the Financial Services area is a plus
