Workshop Event Coordinator / Office Team Support (MA)

We are looking for an energetic candidate who can manage our two offices in the greater Boston area and coordinate our evening workshops and events for our offices.

This position requires that you possess the following skills:

  • High level of communication and follow-through skills
  • Must be upbeat, outgoing, and have a positive attitude
  • Strong persuasive skills to set and keep appointments at workshops
  • Organizational skills
  • Professional Appearance
  • Confident and engaging phone and speaking skills
  • Experience with MS Office and Salesforce preferred
  • Ability to work evenings for workshops (4- 6 evenings a month) – you will receive time off for the evenings you work.


  • Attend and set up educational workshops (in the evenings) and book appointments at the conclusion of the workshops
  • Send out confirmation and reminder packages for upcoming appointments
  • Greet clients and prospects in our Needham office
  • Greet guests for our workshops
  • Call, qualify, and schedule prospects
  • Accurate data entry into CRM (Salesforce) system
  • Manage the calendars of the Financial Advisors for the Boston area offices
  • Responsible for the overall maintenance and appearance of the office
