Johnson Brunetti is a leading retirement and investment firm in Connecticut and Massachusetts with our headquarters in Wethersfield, CT.

We are looking for a driven candidate that can grow a sales pipeline by coordinating multiple schedules and filling the calendars of our financial advisors in multiple offices.

This position requires that you possess the following skills:

  • High level of communication and follow-through skills
  • Strong persuasive phone skills to motivate prospects to set and keep appointments
  • Previous experience in a relatable appointment scheduling or inside sales role
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong ability to follow through the entire process of converting prospects to clients
  • Motivated and driven by reaching goals and growth
  • Financial Industry knowledge/experience preferred
  • Experience with MS Office and Salesforce preferred
  • Telephone or inside sales experience is a plus
  • 4 Year college degree is a plus
  • Ability to work some evenings for events


Responsibilities/Tasks:

  • Ability to fill the Financial Advisors’ schedules with qualified appointments that are produced through marketing efforts
  • Calling, qualifying and scheduling prospects
  • Consistent follow-up with prospects and clients
  • Attend and set up seminars and workshops (in the evenings) and book appointments at conclusion of programs
  • Accurate entry of data into CRM (salesforce) system from prospecting & marketing efforts
  • Work independently and proactively to meet business & department goals

This position consists of a base salary plus incentives based on performance
