Client Relationship Coordinator / Office Manager – Atlanta

This position requires that you possess the following skills:

  • High level of communication and follow-through skills
  • Strong persuasive phone skills to motivate prospects to set and keep appointments
  • Previous experience in a relatable appointment scheduling or inside sales role
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong ability to follow through the entire process of converting prospects to clients
  • Motivated and driven by reaching goals and growth
  • Financial Industry knowledge/experience preferred
    • Experience with MS Office and Salesforce preferred
  • Telephone or inside sales experience is a plus
  • 4 Year college degree
  • Ability to work some evenings for events

Responsibilities/Tasks:
• Ability to fill the Financial Advisors’ schedules with qualified appointments that are produced through marketing efforts
• Call, qualify and schedule prospects
• Consistent follow-up with prospects and clients

  • Greet prospects and clients in our office
  • Responsible for the efficient functioning of the office

• Attend and set up seminars and workshops (in the evenings) and book appointments at the conclusion of the event
• Accurate entry of data into CRM (salesforce) system
