Businesses or individuals using incentives in exchange for votes, including but not limited to offering monetary rewards, coupons, discounts, will be grounds for disqualification.

Any evidence of fraudulent voting will be grounds for disqualification, including but not limited to using emails without consent or using electronic voting programs.

Winners will be notified by email.

Hartford Courant reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value.
