Johnson Brunetti Named in 2024 Best Places to Work in Connecticut
On March 7th 2024, Johnson Brunetti was named #1 in the Small/Medium Employer Category of the Best Places to Work in Connecticut. This annual program was created by the “Hartford Business Journal“ and Best Companies Group. This survey and awards initiative strives to recognize, acknowledge, and honor the companies whose employees rate them highest in satisfaction according to a nationwide survey.
Companies had to fulfill the following eligibility requirements to be considered for participation:
- Be a for-profit or not-for-profit business
- Be a publicly or privately held business
- Have a facility in Connecticut
- Have at least 15 employees in Connecticut
To conduct this assessment, companies were first asked to complete a questionnaire about their benefits and workplace policies. Employees were then surveyed confidentially regarding how engaged and satisfied they felt at work. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process in Connecticut, analyzed the data, and determined the final rankings.
