Client Relationship Coordinator (MA)

Johnson Brunetti is a leading retirement and investment firm with offices in Connecticut and Massachusetts. This position is based in our Needham, MA office.
We are looking for a driven candidate who can grow a sales pipeline by coordinating multiple schedules and filling the calendars of our financial advisors in multiple offices.
This position requires that you possess the following skills:
- High level of communication and follow-through skills
- Strong persuasive phone skills to motivate prospects to set and keep appointments
- Previous experience in a relatable appointment scheduling or inside sales role
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong ability to follow through the entire process of converting prospects to clients
- Motivated and driven by reaching goals and growth
- Financial Industry knowledge/experience preferred
- Experience with MS Office and Salesforce preferred
- Telephone or inside sales experience is a plus
- 4 year college degree
- Ability to work some evenings for events
Responsibilities/Tasks:
- Ability to fill the Financial Advisors’ schedules with qualified appointments that are produced through marketing efforts
- Calling, qualifying and scheduling prospects
- Consistent follow-up with prospects and clients
- Attend and set up seminars and workshops (in the evenings) and book appointments at the conclusion of programs (approximately 1-2 weekly)
- Accurate entry of data into CRM system (Salesforce) from prospecting & and marketing efforts
- Work independently and proactively to meet business & department goals
