Minimum Requirements

• High level of communication and follow-through skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Motivated and driven by reaching goals and growth
• Financial Industry knowledge/experience preferred
• Experience with MS Office, Excel and Salesforce preferred
• Ability to meet deadlines and attention to detail
• 4 Year college degree in business or finance (please do not apply if you have not graduated yet)

Position Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparing risk reports, income analysis, and one page deliverables for prospective client meetings
• Prepare documents for upcoming review appointments with existing clients.
• Manage Salesforce data & ensure records are kept.
• Produce additional analysis reports for advisors as requested.
• Maintain accurate filing records to satisfy federal regulator requirements.
• Support the specialist department with any additional tasks.
