Minimum Requirements

• 4 Year college degree
• 3 – 5 years’ experience working with Marketing Analytics
• High level of communication and follow-through skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Solid math and statistic skillset
• Motivated and driven by reaching goals and growth
• Experience with Excel, Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics, and social media advertising platforms
• Ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail
• Experience in Financial Services is a plus

Position Responsibilities

• Develop standardized reports, visualizations, dashboards, and metrics that provide business insights. Construct data sets to analyze, inform, identify trends, and aid business decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal teams to better understand valuable objectives to design relevant reports and dashboards.
• Translate complex data reporting into clear, actionable considerations.
• Support projects using statistical methods, modeling, analytical methodologies, and data analysis.
• Prepare insight-seeking analyses on behalf of other team members to potentially enhance business, understand ROI, mitigate risk, and/or help increase lead generation and client retention.
