Office Administrator (MA)

Johnson Brunetti, a leading financial services firm based in Connecticut, is expanding its Needham, MA team and seeking an enthusiastic client focused candidate to provide office administration locally. Primary Tasks and Level of Accountability

  • Be the first point of contact for the office. Answer phone calls and forward to appropriate staff. Greet and seat clients for advisor meetings.
  • Make confirmation calls to guests attending educational events.
  • Coordinate the educational event supplies.
  • Perform data entry into Salesforce.
  • Generate confirmation packages for new prospects regarding their in-office advisor appointments.
  • Order office supplies and printed materials and visit satellite offices to restock.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing UPS, regular mail and electronic mail to clients.
  • Other office tasks as needed.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a professional office environment
  • A team player that must be flexible, enthusiastic and possess an energetic personality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic and team-oriented organization
  • Ability to work with others to create a world class client experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Detail oriented and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Valid driver’s license necessary

Employment Type: Full-time

This is an in-office position based in Needham, MA.
