Laurie Tobias serves as the Chief Operating Officer & Chief Marketing Officer at Johnson Brunetti. Since joining the firm in 2010 as its first marketing hire, Laurie has been pivotal in establishing a world-class marketing team that oversees all of Johnson Brunetti’s marketing operations. Her team handles marketing, public relations, community involvement, client appreciation events, educational events, referral events, and workshops. Laurie guides the team in crafting strategies to engage individuals who can benefit from working with Johnson Brunetti. Her contributions were recognized with the Hartford Business Journal’s 2021 C-Suite awards.

Laurie also leads Employee Engagement, driven by her strong belief that people are the heart of what makes Johnson Brunetti a wonderful place to work. She is dedicated to nurturing and expanding the company’s engaging culture.

Outside of the office, Laurie enjoys running, biking, reading, traveling, and spending time with her three children. She is a member of the Board of Directors for the organization For All Ages and volunteers to help Hartford area high school students navigate the college application process.
