Johnson Brunetti Recognized for Community Care

Johnson Brunetti was recently honored by Better Business Bureau Connecticut at this year’s Marketplace Excellence Awards. For the second time, we received the Community Care Award in recognition of our team’s generous commitment to volunteering and supporting community organizations.

Each quarter, our employees participate in volunteer activities for causes close to their hearts. This award is a true testament to their dedication to making a positive impact on the lives of others.

In choosing our firm for the Community Care Award, one judge stated, “The depth and scope of their commitment to the community is amazing, from supporting a child through Make-a-Wish to helping to build Habitat for Humanity homes. I love that they monetarily support the ‘Dress for Success’ program. There are too many reasons to name…. they’re very deserving of this honor.”

During the awards ceremony, we were presented with a $1,000 check to donate to the charity of our choice. We selected Camp Courant, the nation’s oldest and largest free summer day camp. Johnson Brunetti is proud to support the incredible work Camp Courant does to promote positive youth development.

Camp Courant is one of the many organizations we value as long-standing community partners. Since launching our Community Service Program in 2021, we’ve dedicated approximately 2,404 volunteer hours to support local charities such as The Salvation Army, Journey Home, House of Heroes, For All Ages, Save the Sound, and many more.

Our team loves partnering with local nonprofits that lift up our neighbors and make our community stronger. This award means a great deal to us, and it inspires us to keep finding meaningful ways to serve.”
