Are you a detail-oriented Accounting Manager with 3+ years of hands-on accounting and tax experience in a fast-paced professional environment? Do you have a strong background in managing payroll, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, month-end close processes, and financial reporting, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, organization, confidentiality, and efficient financial operations?

Responsibilities/Tasks

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Bi-weekly payroll submission and commission calculations.
• Accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
• Cash management and account reconciliations.
• Month end close and preparation of financial statements and various other reports.
• Special projects and client tax preparation as needed.

Qualifications/Skills

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with internal team and external clients
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
• Hands on experience with QuickBooks accounting software and MS office products
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
• Ability to work with confidential data and respect the confidentiality of the books and records
• Experience with and knowledge of individual tax preparation
• Self-starter and eager to learn attitude

The most successful candidates will have the following:

• BS in Accounting and CPA or CPA candidate
• Minimum 3 years hands-on accounting and tax experience
• Well versed in using QuickBooks
• Experience with Salesforce a plus
